Building Use Policies

  1. Date and time for use of the buildings, for other than regularly scheduled services, must be cleared by the church staff, and will be calendared on a first come first served basis.
  2. There will be a Building use fee of $150.00 due at the time of approval, unless adjusted or approved by the church staff. 
  3. Use of tobacco or alcoholic beverages and other drugs in any form will not be permitted in our buildings.
  4. When candles are used, they must not drip on the floor or any other furniture.
  5. Any damage to church property will be the responsibility of the party reserving the building and repair should be coordinated with the church staff and maintenance team.
  6. The party reserving the building will be responsible for seeing that it is left clean after use and all furniture returned to its previous location.
    1.  $50.00 cleaning deposit will be required at time of reservation.
    2. The deposit will be refunded within one week after inspection of all buildings used.
  7. A key to the building will be checked out by the church staff and should be returned on the first work day following the activity.
  8. Every person, other than regularly scheduled church activities, using our buildings will read and agree to these stated policies.
